Vedas as science & use to society in finding solutions

We all are living in the 21st century. We believe more on science, materialistic principals & less on faith, god, spiritual science & ancient themes & codes.
The Indian philosophy, medicinal science & scientific inventions & the spiritual science rotates around the Vedas meaning Original Knowledge. Vedas are the ancient creation & collection of knowledge & experiences coded in Sanskrit language.
Many of the concepts which are coded in Vedas are similar & even clearer than the current age science. For example Mr. Stephen Hawking, a great scientist has researched on the birth of this universe & concluded that there were some gases & power present at the beginning, we can not find out the origin of those powers & gases which collided to form universe again & again. He further adds that if this is proved false, the whole of the current age science & Mathematics will prove to be incorrect & wrong.

The concept of origin of earth & life thereon including the planets is expressed in Vedas in a sukta known as Nasadiya Sukta. There was a stage when there was nothing in the beginning, like Earth, Sun, etc. There was not even a living thing or a non living thing there was nothing to distinguish between night & day, there was no light, water, earth, air, & not even the skies. There was a power which was alone with some gasses. This power created the universe. (Rig-Veda 10/129-2). This power is normally referred to as the  ‘Adishakti’ or ‘Bramha’.

In United States (US) there are many institutions which are spending millions of rupees & years together in researching on the Vedas & the knowledge it contains. They are devoting time, energy & money for decoding the Vedas & finding medicines & other scientific theories for the advancement of present 21st century science. They have also experienced the peace of mind through Vedic chanting & have also recognized the importance & significance of Vedas. The names & addresses of some of them are given at the end.

It is important to understand what Veda is! It is an ‘Ocean of Pure Knowledge’. Ocean of knowledge means Knowledge of every kind & on every subject known & unknown to the present era. This knowledge is in the form of concepts, procedures, experiences, methods, stories, rules, etc. This knowledge is coded in the Sanskrit Language in the form of ‘Sukta’.

You find knowledge relating to medicines in Atharva-Veda. This knowledge of medicines is largely used in present Ayurveda’s studies. Many of the medicines are formulated with the help of Vedas. You also find knowledge relating to physics, chemistry, mathematics, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, accounting, law, management, architecture, languages, grammar, engineering, arts, music, culture, etc.(For example 1/50:11-12 of Rig-Veda speaks about medicines on TB & 1/164 about philosophy)

The knowledge of Veda is full of precious stones, the deeper you go you find more & more precious stones. Just like any other subject Vedas are also required to be learnt by following certain rules & regulations specified by Vedas, under the superintendence of ‘Guru’.

At the time of chanting Vedas more stress is given on the sound waves or ‘Swar’ & purity of pronunciation. As it is a proven fact that the sound waves, tone, music, & all the variants of sound have a great impact on all living & non living things. Sound & its variants were used & are still being used as medicines for treating patients. It is told that when the greatest lyrist of ancient times namely Tansena used to sing ‘Megha Malhara’, the Rains used shower on Earth. This is the power of sound waves & if you chant Vedas with these conditions & in appropriate tone & waves, you will start experiencing peace of mind & with practice the store of knowledge will be opened to you whether you strive for it or not.

In India there are many institutions which are working on this subject. We Indians look to the Vedas as the basic knowledge of universe as also the base of our spiritual systems & religious literature. The names & addresses of some of such institutions are given at the end.

“Om Education Society” is a registered charitable institution which is devoted to the learning & teaching of Vedas & also practicing it for the betterment of mankind. Betterment means peace of mind, achieving & obtaining remedies over the known & unknown problems of life & finding solutions when in difficulty.

At “Pralhad Ashram”, an institution run by “Om Education Society” Vedas are taught along with religious performances & effective methods of worshiping God to the selected students. The education is absolutely free of cost. The course is for seven years. All expenditure relating to these activities including expenditure relating to students such as food, books, clothing, shelter, medical aid, etc during these seven years is born by the Organization.

Vedas are taught as per the rules, regulations, & systems explained in Vedas only. While teaching due importance is given to purity of sound waves, purity of pronunciation, & purity of mind. The entire activity is run under the guidance of able Guru. The Guru belongs to Nath Panth (Nath Sect) & is duly blessed by his Guru who is an acknowledged ‘Yogi’, by name Shri Yogabhyanand VyankatNath Maharaj. This activity is in force since last 13 years. As a result the performance of our students is unmatched in the country and their performance is time & again appreciated & admired by other similar institutions & persons working in this field as also by the persons who enjoyed the results. The students are so educated that they develop self confidence, motivation, respect, moral principals, devotion, hard work, which are essential for successful living in the present world.

It is generally observed in India that a common man considers Vedas as a Religious Literature. They are hardly aware that Vedas are ‘Ocean of Knowledge’. “Om Education Society” is trying its best to spread the concept that Vedas are Ocean of Knowledge & not merely the religious Literature And practice of Vedas can change odd situations in life. One can learn & practice part of Vedas best suited to his life. The Indian culture & heritage is tightly integrated with the ancient literature like Upnishadhas, Puranas, Mahabharat, Ramayana, etc. All of these literatures refer to Vedas as base of culture & knowledge.

It is always said that you need Faith for good results. Yes it is true. It is commonly seen that Faith & Blind Faith are mixed. It is commonly observed that a child is happy & relived of any fears when his parents are nearby, but as soon as the parents go away the child becomes restless, uneasy & starts crying. In the same way a man who is backed by his parents & relatives feels more confident & performs better than a person who is not so backed. Such person is always scared of present & future. This behavior of human-being is directly linked with the confidence he has on the surroundings & on himself. When one starts believing in someone or something a physiological force or confidence is automatically created behind him. Research has proved it time & again that a person who believes in God or Spiritual Powers has got more moral strength to fight with odds than a person who don’t believe. For this it is said as “Everybody Needs Some One To Look Up To”

Spiritual base or Faith is essential for achieving good results & advancement of life. The same is also said for medical services as ‘If a patient has faith over his doctor he is half cured just by his presence & only the remaining cure is done by the medicines he provides’.

Once you have faith i.e. belief in the powers like what is called as Bramha or like one called as Gases & particles by Mr. Stephen Hawking you start getting results as per your capacity to understand & learn. Whether you have faith in Bramha or Mr. Stephen Hawking makes no difference.

The entire activity of Om Education Society enjoys the support of our Guru ‘Shri Narendra Nath’. He enjoys the blessings of ‘Yogabhyanand VyanktNath Maharaj’. Yogabhyanand VyanktNath Maharaj is linear descedent in ‘Nath Panth’ of Shri ‘Macchindra Nath’. Shri Narendra Nath is M.Com. F.C.A.  by qualification & is a Nath Panthi (person from Nath Sect). He has built a temple named “Nath Shakti Pith” meaning the ‘Base of Spiritual Knowledge, Power & Energy’ at Nana Patil Nagar, Kharap Road, New Tapadiya Nagar, Akola. The concept behind this Nath Shakti Pith is to provide relief for all sorts of problems in life like deceases, lack of self confidence, financial or family problems, or any other problems. All the persons of society at large irrespective of their cast, creed, or religion can take benefit of this activity.

This type of unique service is provided by the Om Education Society based on the Vedic chanting & related performances. The Yadynas (Holly Fire) that were performed by this group in past had shown great & unbelievable results. The photographs of these Yadynas (Holly Fire) show the images of Hindu Gods & Goddess these images are kept for display at the above temple.

At present there are about 40 students at the Pralhad Ashram. The ashram operates in self financing mode & some part of its expenditure is fulfilled through donations.
